When can I get a consultation?

 
A call back can be ordered 24/7. Normally we will respond within 1 hour.
During the following hours you dial the doctor directly for immediate reply:
Weekdays 7-11 AM, 2-6 PM and 9-12 PM.
Weekends 8-11 AM, 2-6 PM and 9-12 PM.

How do I pay?

 
By credit card online as well as on the phone by ncrypted, secure gateway.
For convenience, please have your card at hand, when calling.
 


Is paying by telephone safe?

Transfers are securely handled via the same encrypted gateway as online payment.
 

 
How do I get an invoice?
 
If you order online the invoice is sent by email.

If you contact us by phone, the order is received when you hear the message, that you are forwarded to the doctor, or that the doctor will call back. If you need an invoice please notify the doctor, and we send it by email or textmessage, as per your wish.

 

The payment will be drawn on your account after you have talked to the doctor, and will be shown on your credit card statement as Laegelinien ApS.

 



What does it cost?

 

A telephone consultation costs DKK 130-175 depending of time of day and week.

Please note that FOLLOW UP, on matters you already consulted about the last week, is always DKK 100.

 


 

I am an EU citizen, do I have to pay?

 

Yes. Laegelinien is an extra service not covered by the public health system for Danes or EU-nationals. If you have private insurance this will normally cover your treatment.


 

 

What if the call is interrupted?

 
You will never pay twice. Withdrawal from your account will only takes place after completed consultation. If the conversation has already started we will contact you on the phone number you called from. If we have not reached you within 10 minutes we kindly ask you to order again. This also applies if you called from a hidden number. Normally the phone server will recognize that you just ordered, and you will be put directly through.
 
If disconnection occurs after paying, but before the consultation have started, please order again.
 

 

Will my Danish GP be advised?

 
As it is common practic, to brief the usual doctor if you treat another doctors patient, we will do that. It is also beneficial for your treatment,However we will respect if you prefer that we do not - but please advice us during the consultation.
 

  

Complaints

 
Your opinion is truly important for us. If you have any questions about, or are not satisfied with the treatment received, please let us know. Suggestions on how to improve our services are also greatly valued. Please notify us by a short mail, and we will respond quickly.

 

Any formal complaints about our services are covered by Patientombuddet, the official public organ for patient complaints.

 



Insurance for patients

 
Laegelinien is insured at insurance company Topdanmark, policy E 9346 759 591
 


I have my own insurance

 
You will receive an invoice for our services for reimbursement from your insurer.
 

 

I do not have a CPR / personnummer / yellow card

 
You can leave this part out when ordering. By law we need your birthday and name for your medical records.
