Yes. Lægelinien is an additional private service and is not covered by the public healthcare system for Danes or EU nationals. If you have travel or private insurance, this may cover your treatment—please check your policy.
It is common practice to inform a patient’s usual doctor when another physician provides treatment, as this can support continuity of care. If you prefer that we do not contact your GP, please tell us during the consultation.
If you have questions about your consultation or are not satisfied with the care received, please contact us by email. We aim to respond promptly.
Formal complaints are handled through Styrelsen for Patientsikkerhed (Danish Patient Safety Authority).
Lægelinien ApS is insured by Tryg.
You will receive an invoice for reimbursement from your insurer, if covered by your policy.
