Please note: For simple urinary infection in women, antibiotic tablets may be prescribed.

Other oral antibiotics and addictive medications cannot be prescribed over the phone.

The doctor will call you as soon as possible.

In the rare event of a wait of more than 2 hours you may cancel the order.

If your order is very urgent, you can call +45 3222 2232 right after placing it. PLEASE NOTE that a surcharge of 100 DKK applies to rushed orders, and the doctor may not be able to answer immediately.

House call

If your condition cannot be responsibly assessed in a telephone consultation a house call may be offered.
